Cancellation/Refund Policy & Withdrawal
CANCELLATION OF ORDER/REGISTRATION BY THE CUSTOMER
For any order/registration cancellation (total or partial), the customer should either a) send an e-mail to info@glassforum.gr, or b) call the customer service center at +30 2104512000 (opening hours DEY-PAR 09:00-17:00).
CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY OF AN ORDER/REGISTRATION
The customer’s order/registration may be cancelled for any of the following reasons:
A) Non-payment of the order/registration within a reasonable period of time when the payment method is bank deposit
B) When due to a technical error the price or description of the product/service is wrong
C) When the product/service ordered is not available and the system has not had time to be updated (lack of available seats)
D) In the event that the customer does not make proper use of the order/registration system of simmetohes.glassforum.gr
E) In case the execution of the order/registration is contrary to laws, rules and regulations
G) In cases of force majeure
CANCELLATION – REFUND OF ORDER/REGISTRATION COSTS
Cancellation and refund of registration costs for participants
The client can cancel a delegate registration:
- with full refund, up to 2 months before the conference start date
- with 50% refund , up to 1 month before the start date of the conference
Therefore, no refunds of entry values will be made.
If the registered person is unable to attend, he/she may nominate and attend in his/her place another person, who meets the requirements, with the same rights.
The refund in case of an order with DEPOSIT, is made by depositing the amount from the company to a Greek bank account indicated by the customer.
The refund in case of an order with a credit card or PAYPAL payment method, is done electronically.
